What to visit in Brazil

Maybe a blog would not be enough to list "what to visit in Brazil", but mostly there are things that can not be described, which are the emotions that you can try in Brazil, because in addition to many different locations from each other, the Brazil is the real heart of the people, have an incredible enthusiasm in dealing with everyday life. This is something that can only be understood going there in Brazil.

The following list a number of locations and events and things to do to discover the best of Brazil.

  • Attend one of the most famous events in the world: Carnival. Rio de Janeiro is one of the most famous, but the Carnival is celebrated throughout the country. Salvador de Bahia is the owner of a carnival high, as well as that of Olinda, which possesses the most ancient and traditional.
  • Exploring the 'Amazon, the largest forest in the world. It contains one third of all living species on earth, and is crossed by 10 to 20 major rivers in the world, including the Amazon. The gateway for travel to the Amazon is Manaus.
  • Flying above the tropical landscape on a hang glider from Pedra Bonita in São Conrado, just outside Rio de Janeiro. This popular adventure excursion gives a bird's-eye view of Rio and the Atlantic forest before landing on the beach.
  • Stroll along the famous beach of Copacabana and Ipanema in Rio de Janeiro, where you can rillassarti, tan and share the beach with beach soccer and volleyball players.
  • Visit the wildlife in the Pantanal, an incredibly rich ecosystem, home to the jaguar, the caiman, giant river otters, toucans, crocodiles and hundreds of other species.
  • Exploring the many islands and beautiful beaches along the coast of Brazil, between the chic beach resort of Buzios, Jericoacoara in Ceará state of paradise and Morro de Sao Paulo in Bahia.
  • Wander the streets of the historic center of Salvador de Bahia, in the lively Pelourinho district, a well-preserved colonial district, along with baroque churches, colorful shops, lively restaurants and cafes.
  • Riding the waves on the beaches of Brazil with a surfboard. You can find schools of Surfing at Joaquina Beach on the island of Santa Catarina, in the state of Rio Saquarema, in Itacare Bahia, around Natal and Pipa Cacimba, the best of all is Fernando de Noronha.
  • A dive into the deep blue waters of coastal Brazil. The diving is popular in the protected marine park island of Fernando de Noronha. Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro was dotted with 300 islands ready for underwater exploration.
  • Watch a football game at Maracana stadium in Rio de Janeiro, which was the largest stadium in the world when it was built. Football is a national obsession and matches are exhilarated.
  • Rafting in the majestic waterfalls of Iguaçu. Located at the heart of the rainforest in the south of Brazil, the majestic waterfalls are one of the great wonders of the Americas, are 275 individual falls on a surface of more than 3 km wide.
  • Hiking in the National Park Diamantina, Bahia. This is one of the hot spots of Brazil, you can do ecotourism, ideal for trekking, caving, scuba diving and rafting. The park is full of natural attractions, including mountains, forests, caves, underground lakes and waterfalls.
